Question: what got you interested in microbiology?

Well, I was always interested in science. I hadnt even heard of Microbiology, until at school one day when I was reading a university prospectus and saw that it was then name of a university course. Then I read the description and it included the bit of science that I love, discovering new life forms and investigating what they do and how they function. So I got interested in microbiology because I wanted to discover new types of bacteria and find out how they live.
