• Question: What GCSE's did you take to get where you are now?

      A long time ago…science (double award), maths, English literature, English language, French, geography, art, sociology. GCSEs generally keep your options quite open because of having to do ‘core’ subjects. I think what you choose do for A-level is perhaps more important because then you have to narrow down your options. Having said that, only one of my A-levels was science (biology) and I still ended up being a scientist. It’s ok if you don’t know what you want to do…there’s always a way to get there when you’ve figured it out.
