My bad, I used a unnecessarily techy word.

To disseminate is to spread your message to a wider audience. So what I meant to say in my plans to spend the money is to tell the local pregnant women that the study has found drinking well-water with high salt content is very dangerous and hope that they can switch to a safer water source.
