Question: what are your views on obese children, does it make you mad?

It does make me angry and sad because I see these kids and know they’re not living as well as they could be and that’s got to affect their health and happiness (now and in the future). Sometimes it can be hard for parents to make the right choices and know what’s best for their kids but it’s a parent’s responsibility to make healthy choices and lead by example. There is too much processed food out there and it’s making the nation sick. We all need to be active and eat well. If kids grow up with healthy habits they’re much more likely to stick with them throughout their own lives and pass them on to the next generation.
