      In science, I aim to run my own lab at university somewhere, that way I can follow my own research and teach classes.

      Get a Royal Society postdoc; become an established researcher in my field; make a significant contribution to my field; write a book; become a Fellow of the Royal Society (a girl can dream….).

      I’d like to run my own research group, studying advanced materials for nuclear power. I’d also like to write a popular science book about materials and how they influence our lives everyday.
