  Thanks for your question Holly. I used to dive most days but now that I’m doing my PhD I don’t get to dive as often as I’d like to because money is tight and I don’t get a lot of free time. I’m lucky enough to get out on the ocean quite often and this keeps me sane! Last time was a couple of weeks ago when we took some undergraduates out for fieldwork. My last big stint at sea (one month) was a year ago and I’ll be going out again in July and August for nearly a month (I can’t wait!).
