• Question: how long will it take to make a cancer cure

      A long time I’m afraid, all cancers are different and even the same type of cancer can be caused by different things. But lots of scientists are working on it 🙂

      I’m not sure we will ever have a cure for cancer all cancers. I think it will be more important to understand what causes particular cancers and educate people about minimizing these risks.

      I’m afraid that I don’t have the answer to that; too long for many people. I think the big picture is important though. Any advances that enable doctors to detect cancers in the early stages and treat cancer more effectively are very positive. As we learn more about what triggers certain cancers we can all help ourselves by making healthy choices.
