It’s hard to give very specific advice when I don’t know what you have in mind, so I hope this helps…. Believe in yourself. You know yourself, what you like and what you’re good at better than anybody else so believe in your judgement and your strengths. Have the guts to follow your dreams and find out as much as possible about the thing/s you want to do. That way you will have a better idea of whether it’s right for you and what you need to do to be where you want to be. Don’t worry about the future too much; you can only ever do what is right for you in the present. And remember that there is more than one way to get to where you want to be so don’t lose heart if you don’t take the most direct route.

It depends what part you need advice on. I guess one piece of advice that always helped me was ‘Keep trying’ – if you want to do something badly enough you’ll find away, dont take no for answer.

‘I didn’t fail the test, I just found 100 ways to do it wrong’. A quote by Benjamin Franklin (look him up). I think it sums up life and particularly the field of science.
